Mini Actors!
A theatre class designed for ages 4-6
Limit of 8 Students
Minimum of 4 students to hold the class.
Mondays at The Lyric Theatre!
What: Do you have a youngster who simply thrives when in front of an audience? Has a ton of energy? Enjoys making up stories, or playing dress up? Then bring them to our Mini Actors class on Monday afternoons!
This is a workshop class designed to engage young children in the techniques, and basics, of theatre. Each class involves a theme designed to give your child a positive experience, and enjoyable learning atmosphere.

When & Where: Mondays 4:30pm-5:15pm @ The Lyric Theatre in Blacksburg
Classes are 4 weeks long. Each month will hold a specific theme, curriculum, and presentation, so there is no "missing out" if you choose to sign up for one month, and not the other. Each month is registered individually.
FEATURED MINI PLAY AND CURRICULUM:

February 3rd - February 24th. "Gingerbread" Based on a compilation of stories about the Gingerbread Man...baby...ninja...cowboy! All of the Gingerbread!

March 3rd - March 24th. "The Ugly Duckling". Based on the play adapted by Monica Bosom. A short, and heartwarming (with action!) rendition of a beloved story.

April 7th - April 28th. "Silly Aliens!" Exact book/story we'll be working from TBA. However, it'll be about aliens, and it'll sure to be silly! One spot available!
Families are invited the last week of class from 5:00-5:15pm for an end of class demonstration by the Mini Actors! A "Mini" Production!

Parents, you will need to sign your child In/Out each week. However, you do not need to stay for class unless you choose to. See class Terms & Conditions for health regulations and protocol. Masks are not required at this time.
Cost: $85/4 weeks, all materials included.
